We are looking for an experienced courtesy officer to work security at a 200 unit apartment community in Southfield. This is a part time position that will be 18 hours a week and could increase. We are looking to hire someone ASAP. In order to be considered for this position you MUST be able to work Fridays. Saturdays and Sundays. The shifts will be 6pm-12am or 12am to 6am. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provide services designed to assist the management in identifying, preventing, and responding to threats to the physical security of the apartment community. NIGHTLY DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE: walking all the floors, surveying the parking lot, helping residents, patrol the property by foot and vehicle to provide the greatest visible presence on the property, filling out a detailed log book noting all activity, inspect and confirm the working order for all outside lighting, ensure that all residents are respecting the community policies, respond to resident phone calls about disturbances, etc.All serious inquiries please email debbieschwab@thefranklin.info with your resume.
