Seeking a Head & Assistant Swim Team Coaches in Northville, MI for the 2013 Summer swim season. The team is looking for highly motivated, experienced individuals to coach and inspire approximately 80 swimmers on a summer swim team. The skill level of our swimmers ranges from beginners needing stroke development, to competitive year round swimmers. Morning practices begins June 17, Monday-Friday morning from 8:00- 11:00 am. there are 6 Swim meets usually on a Thursdays or Friday. We are looking for coaches who possess a high level of organization, effectively supervise and collaborate with other coaches, have, have complete knowledge of competitive swimming, strokes, starts, turns, race strategy, swimmer development, work effectively with aquatic staff members, parents of team members and the general public, be responsible for developing and implementing daily workouts for swimmers from 5 years - 15 years of age, develop the meet sheets, review meet entries, participate in social events throughout the season, pass full a complete background check.If you or someone you know is interested send your resume or questions to NHGCJobs@yahoo.com.
