My family is moving to Michigan and are very open to area if it's near detroit metro. Looking for safe neighborhood. We have 2 children (small) and 1 cat (fixed if it matters) we prefer nothing more than 700 or 750 a month. 2 - 3 bedrooms. We do not have a job lined up but I have 6 months worth (or more if apt/house is cheaper) rent that I could potentially pay up front.
