His phone number is 313-202-4913 and he also uses the numbers 313-215-1136 and 248-213-6311 (because he has to keep on changing his phone number so that people don't know that he's the one scamming them...lol). So, if you find yourself dialing either of those numbers, BEWARE! Be extra wary of any individuals that claim to be apartment finders EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU A RECEIPT. If you see the guy in this picture, RUN!He calls his business "The Apartment Guys" and he preys on students and others looking for apartments in the MIDTOWN WSU AREA. He will take your deposit and charge you an apartment finding fee. When you are ready to move in, you won't hear from him. He will ignore your calls. If you take him to court, you will likely win the court case but HE WILL NOT PAY. Apartment building owners: Do your research! You do not want to work with this guy! Instead of sending prospective tenants to fill your units, he is stealing their deposits and you'll never hear about it. There are SO many buildings around WSU with his number posted on them as the contact. I don't understand why! He has been ripping off countless people for a very, very long time. This guy should be in jail!Please, please, please avoid this "man" at all costs. Do what you can to ensure that he doesn't rip off others. Inform other students. Some people can't afford to give their deposit to a thief. Some people live check to check or have a very strict budget and this man nearly caused me to be without a place to live.
