Rent is 650.00 or less 3. Dogs are allowed 4. No security Deposit is needed 5. 1 or 2 bedrooms is fine or a large Studio apartment is okay too. 6. Heat and water is included in rent (If rent is lower and does not include heat, I may still consider it) 7.
