I am looking for a place, can be very small just for during school year. I want to move out of parent's house for a bit and just be on own. I am in my 30's and have lived on own before. I also have some physical issues. So, if you have just something small and simple with washer or w/out is fine. I am not looking for a long lease or to jump through credit hoops. So please don't contact me if you are a realtor or looking to shove someone into an apt for a long term and for a massive deposit and so forth thanks. And I am not looking for some weird setup, like some sort of dating thing or so forth.I am a simple girl in her master's program just trying to get ahead that needs some space.
